Borjino is a platform for managing residential and commercial buildings — charges, residents, staff, maintenance and finances — alongside an offline Iranian building-engineering encyclopedia and a growing set of building services. Our goal: to become the reference for buildings.

What Borjino does
Charges and wallet
Monthly charges per unit, a digital wallet and online payment, with an auditable financial record.
Owner fallback
If the tenant does not pay in time, the charge escalates to the owner, and Borjino records exactly who paid.
Maintenance requests
Report an issue, assign it to staff or an external vendor, and keep the resolution trail.
Move-out handover
An 8-step exit: settle charges, inspect, resolve the deposit, return keys, issue a handover certificate.
Announcements and facility booking
Keep residents informed and let them book the building’s shared facilities.
Unit score (internal)
A 0–100 accountability score per unit from fixed rules; visible to management only, never public.
